Once you place your order, you can send us a message on Etsy with your pet's photos and name. We will design your custom shirt and send you a digital proof for approval before printing.
What are the shipping costs and times?
All personalized gifts are printed and shipped from the USA. Production typically takes 1–4 business days, and standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the United States.
What is your return policy?
Because all items are custom-made with your pet's name and hand-selected icon, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly ship a free replacement.
How do I choose the correct shirt size?
